The West Toronto Railpath is a pedestrian and cycling path that begins at Cariboo Avenue just north of Dupont Street, travels south beside the GO and UP Express corridor, and comes to its current terminus at Dundas Street. The next phase of the path is set to stretch from Dundas southward to Sudbury Street, halfway between Queen and King Streets.

Davenport Diamond Greenway

This Metrolinx Project is set to raise the existing GO Barrie corridor tracks between Davenport Road to just north of Bloor Street West, connecting both sides of the corridor for pedestrians and cyclists alike. 77 WADE is located directly on the Davenport Diamond Greenway, which will include multi-use paths, outdoor workspaces with public WiFi, pollinating gardens, public art and community gathering spaces.
